The workflows that will be put in place for your location will be approved by your team. This will ensure that your end-users agree on the best practice for your location. Once your workflows are approved, we’ll get started with the content development. We can design as many or as few materials as you need.
For the most part, end-user manuals are a vital piece of the training process. These are workflow-based books with screenshots and instructions on how to navigate the system with your specific workflow in mind. End-users can have these as personal reference guides, or you can choose to have them sprinkled across the location as reference points.
We can also create shorter manuals in the form of job aids or How-to documents, where a user wouldn’t need to filter through a table of contents to find what they need. These are more specific and work well with any workflow changes that need to be mass-released to your staff.
Whatever path you choose to take with your content development, MCLK Consulting, Inc. has the experience and expertise to give you professional documentation that will be around long after we’re gone.
