John Feldman

As a professional of the Healthcare IT industry since 2009, John brings with him a wealth of experience. Beginning his career as a floor support consultant, John has helped hundreds of end-users to ease into their newly-implemented electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Now, as our leader in Training Coordination and Content Development, John works hand-in-hand with our clients’ CIOs, CMIOs, and other subject matter experts to gain knowledge of proper workflows. He then converts those workflows into training manuals and job aids to give end-users manuals that they can use as reference guides while out in the field.

John also coordinates the training of end-users as they convert from one EMR system to another. He has a knack of finding easy ways to ease staff members into their changes. Our clients have all mentioned how his compassion and friendliness is able to lift morale during times of high stress.
