Patricia runs the day-to-day operations of MCLK Consulting, Inc. She is the face of our organization and is the primary contact for our clients. With her openness and personability, she thrives in this role as our leader.
Patricia began her career in the Healthcare IT field as a support staff member and worked her way up to where she stands now: the President and CEO of MCLK Consulting, Inc. Working her way through the ranks of the industry was important for her, and she has been a part of every level of EMR and EHR training and support. She takes pride in having the ability to communicate with members of the industry at every level and being able to relate to each and every one of them.
Being President and CEO takes up a commanding part of Patricia’s schedule, but she still finds time to be an active part of her community. Patricia believes in giving back to the community and non-profit organizations hold a special place in her heart. She takes what she’s learned in the consulting and support fields and brings it into a youth mentoring program that focuses on improving academic performance and school attendance. Speaking so intimately with end-users throughout her career and showing high levels of empathy and compassion have been a pivotal part of what she brings to these children. She provides nurturing, one-on-one relationships for the youth involved, and gets them to pass along the skills and knowledge in order to build self-esteem, which in turn opens opportunities for a successful future.
